4 Month-Old Female Aussie Terrified Of My Boyfriend

My 4 month old female is displaying sensitive emotions to my boyfriend. She almost acts as if she's terrified of him, but only sometimes.

When he tells her a command, she pees on the floor, hides behind someone else or doesn't listen to the command.

What can we do to prevent this situation from getting worse or happening?
