You are receiving this email because you subscribed to the Australian Shepherd Lovers Newsletter. This newsletter is also available online here. Australian-Shepherd-Lovers.com Newsletter #103 Did You Know This About Dogs And Gum?! You've, no doubt, heard of Frisbee, and probably flyball, but how about treibball? I've covered these dog sports this month as suggestions for ways to have fun this summer. They're all great ways to burn off that famous Aussie energy. Just to make sure your Aussie stays safe in the sun I've also covered the topics of heatstroke in dogs, so you know what to look for, and cooling vests for dogs to give you a tool to help beat the heat. But I've been busy and have even more articles for you this month including one about the Kuranda dog bed that you may have heard about as well as one that surprised me about how toxic chewing gum can be for dogs. (Be careful not to leave a pack lying around that your dog can get into!) If you'd like to get notices about new articles and product recommendations as I release them be sure to follow us on Facebook. Cheers, ~ Anton In This Issue: If someone you know has forwarded this newsletter to you, you can subscribe

Dog frisbee, officially known as disc dog, is one of the oldest and most widely accepted of the canine sports. Flyball is one of the more exciting sports for dogs and it's fast paced, making it perfect for high-energy breeds. A dog cooling vest can literally be a lifesaver when the weather heats up, especially if you've got an active dog. Heatstroke in dogs can be a real concern as they don't have the same built-in cooling system that humans do. A dog chewing gum is never good. It can be deadly for dogs due to toxicity in shockingly small amounts of xylitol. Kuranda dog beds are
popular in shelters and are becoming the bed of choice for home use with dog owners worldwide. There are a wide range of dog pet supplies you can use to keep your dog happy and healthy without breaking the bank. Reader's Aussies—Create a Page About Your Aussie How Aussome Is Your Aussie?
