Aggessive Behavior! HELP!

I have a Australian Shepherd Lab mix and he is starting to show some aggressive behavior and I don't know what to do, I don't want to get rid of him, I have had him since he was a puppy and he is almost 2 now. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to solve this problem?

Note from Anton: Training and leadership issues are generally at the root of aggression. Dogs can get aggressive for various reasons including territorial and fear issues.
