Aggression Towards Other Dogs

Recently my Aussie who is 1 1/2 years old is developing aggression towards other dogs. He has been well socialized since the very beginning and is starting to develop aggression when other dogs steal his toys at the park. He used to be very easy going and has just recently developed this behavior.

Also, he is acting this way to my parents dog. Anytime the other dog gets close to his food or even approaches me they get in a scuffle. Again, these dogs were very playful and friendly towards each other before this. What can I do to correct this behavior?
