Aussie Whining When People Pet Him

My 4 month old Aussie absolutely loves people and other dogs, which is great. However, he constantly whines/cries at people when they pet him because he is so excited. Does anyone else’s do this and what can I do to stop this habit?

i wouldn’t say it’s necessarily a bad thing. It just means he’s so happy. Maybe you could look at some youtube videos
