Aussie Who Loves To Chase Chickens, And I Can't Spend Much Time With Her

Hi, my Aussie is still very young. She is about 3 months old and loves to chase my Banty chicken. Can I have some advice on how to get her to stop this behavior?

I have read quite a bit on dog training, but I'm still in high school and she is at home all day with a older family member who doesn't have time to train her or anything. I usually only have the weekends with her, and then she relapses back to her bad behavior during the week.

I have even read Doggy Dan's five golden rules about who is in control of the food ect. Please tell me if I'm expecting too much out of her at this age. Thanks so much!

aussies need their people 24/7 as much as it hurts, she really needs someone who can be with her all the time. all dogs need company but aussies are a breed that needs its people I know you love her but rethink why you got her when you know you cant be with her. I hope you can make more time with her .. or you are breaking her sweet ausssie heart. Good luck and love to you both
