Australian Shepherd Chewing On Paws

My Aussie chews on her paws and scratches her ears until they are inflamed or bleeding. I have taken her to the vet, use paw ointment and ear ointment. Now I have her wearing the cone of shame.

I have tried several different foods and supplements. Now she is getting an egg each day as part of her diet. Any tried and true methods to help? She is in such agony.
