Australian Shepherd is Vomiting and Has Diarrhea or Can't Poop

He's has been struggling with this on and off for weeks. He went four days with these symptoms and finally recovered. He has been fine for a while and has been throwing up once or twice a day, either can't poop or has diarrhea.

He eats grass, seems like a lot. He won't eat today and drinks very little. He is a very active dog. I actually played with him today throwing Frisbee. He is excited to go outside but seems dumpy.
