Australian Shepherd Puppy Rips Clothes

I have a 14 week old puppy that gets excited and lunges at me and has ripped so many articles of clothing. I exercise him constantly, and it seems to happen more after a good exercise workout.

I try to turn and ignore him but he will not stop biting me and ripping at the clothes. I have no choice but to get away because of the biting and tearing.

I try to redirect his attention and that does not work either. It seems to be getting worse as he is getting older.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
