Australian Shepherd Puppy Scared of Toddler

Hello, new Aussie owner here. Bindi is about 16 weeks old we got her at 13 weeks. Now she is scared of EVERYTHING. We are doing our best to socialize her (we take her everywhere, on public trail walks, we have 3 kids).

She had growled at my toddler a few times due to fear, I am worried that she might get scared and bite him. I have been having him give her treats out of his hand and she takes them.

If I keep doing everything I’m doing and rewarding her good behavior with treats, will it get better? Or do I need to get a trainer to help before it gets worse?
