Barking Pup

My 14 week old male constantly barks when we correct him for unwanted behaviors. He also barks at the other pets when they avoid him. What can we do to correct this?

Never had that problem with my Aussie. We use a shock collar when necessary (yard boundries). How about a bark collar? Any comments.
