Can I Give CBD to My Australian Shepherd With the MDR1 Mutation?

Hello, I would like to give CBDto my Australian Shepherd with MDR1 mutation but I have no information about toxicity of CBD for dogs with the MDR1 mutation.

Can anyone provide more relevant information about CBD and MDR1 mutation? Thanks a lot.

MDR1 drugs

Dr. Katrina Mealey who discovered the mutation is examining the safety of this drug. Galliprant which is also used to control pain has a suggested dose for MDR1 dogs thru her lab.
