Can Weird Odor Of Poop Indicate That My Dog Had A Seizure?

Hi my 10 month old Australian Shepherd recently just pooped in her crate (which never happens). It had a weird odor; it didn’t smell like poop. It smelt like saliva.

I read in different forums that the odor I smelled was similar to some owners who had smelled the same thing when their pups had seizures.

I was wondering if it was possible that she had a seizure an I didn’t know?
