Dog Anxious In Car With Anyone Other Than My Husband

Whenever my 2 year old Aussie rides in the car with anyone else in it besides my husband he is super anxious. He constantly whines and yelps and barks and he can't sit still. When he is in the vehicle alone with my husband then he is quiet and content and relaxes to enjoy the ride. What can we do about this?
