Ever Hear Of A Dog Licking To Indicate "Yes" To A Question?

My Aussie Hank will tell me what he wants by a lick when I ask him a question. So he will come and sit in front of me and just stare.

I know what he wants by asking questions until he licks (meaning "yes"). Ever hear of this behavior?

He is quite smart which goes without saying.
