This winter's -47C (-53F) to -35C (-31F) windchill temps for almost 4 weeks has kept my 2 year old Australian Shepherd inside except to do his "business". He was holding up one paw at a time while out there for even just a few minutes. Poor guy! This southeast Sask weather isn't fit for human or fur baby!!!
When we have gone out for romps when there's been a break in the wretched weather, he gets a coat and booties on of course.
Curious what other furparents are doing for their Aussies paws to help them through the winter. I wonder how the "working dogs" are coping??
Thanks for your suggestions!
