House Training

Have a 3 year old female who is trained to potty outside. She used to go outside no problem. Ever since there was a separation in the family approx 10 months ago, there have been issues. Now, she will sometimes go outside and then go to the kid's playroom and go potty in there. She may go outside and not potty at all and then go inside and wait a bit but will eventually potty in the kid's playroom. The kids do not live at the house at this time but, will be moving back in a few months. How does this issue get fixed?
