Depends on the individual and how big the parents were, etc.
Don't worry about that, just worry about loving and socializing you puppy.

I'm not sure about a "toy" but my mini Australian Shepherd puppy weighed 3 lbs at 6 weeks and 4.2 at 8 weeks. Just make sure you're feeding your puppy good food...not the grocery store stuff... (ask your Vet) all should be good.

My 8 weeks old Toy Australian Shepard is 2.8LB. Tiny but he was the biggest one of the litter.
