Is It Possible For My Australian Shepherd To Weigh This Much More Than Both His Parents?

I have pedigree papers for my Australian Shepherd and I supposedly saw the parents... both weighing less than 50 pounds. At 9 months my male Aussie now weighs 60 pounds and is still growing.

According to a "grown weight" calculator, he will weigh 75 pounds when he is full-grown. Is this possible? Has my puppy's breeder been dishonest about his pedigree?

If you have the dogs pedigree, look to the grandparents on both sides. Sometimes the pups throw back to the previous generations. Happened to my dog's breeder, her one stud dog kept throwing big pups, so she stopped using him!
