Is My Mini Aussie Overweight?

Hi, I have a six-month-old Mini Aussie girl named Bindi. Lately I've noticed she's gained much more weight then her older (half) sister did at her age. She weighs about 25 pounds and is around 16 inches tall.

Her mom is 16 inches and 25 pounds and dad is 17 inches and 27 pounds.

I want to make sure she is healthy and if she is overweight if anyone had any tips on how I can help her lose some of that weight.
