Is This a True Australian Shepherd?

Hello everyone! I'm gonna buy a little Aussie puppy, but I'm not sure that is a true Aussie.

What's your opinion? Thank you in advance.

It has the standard aussie markings and colouring. Can’t tell much from the sitting position but the ear set and head shape are correct for Aussies. Is there any information on its parents? If you do decide to get it and are still curious you could get a DNA test.
