My Aussie is a black and red tri named Hank. He's purebred but he doesn't have any papers. When I first saw hank at my boyfriend's grandmother's house I fell in love with him. There was a litter of about 8 puppies or so I'm not totally sure, but I watched all the puppies get sold and Hank was the last one left. No one wanted him for some reason.
All the other puppies were all black and white and he was the only one with red on him. His father was a red merle, so that's where he got his red from, otherwise his mother is a purebred black tri named Molly. She herds farm animals into the barn every night and is great at it.
I wish I could have bred him but his father is the only one with papers. Molly's papers are missing. Any who, when I found out that no one wanted Hank, I ran over there and asked if I can take him home and they said I could! I was so excited.
When I got there I couldn't find him anywhere. I was with my boyfriend's mother and when we were looking around for about 30 minutes, he finally made a noise and he was stuck in his hiding spot in a huge pipe. Another pipe had fallen in the exit way and he couldn't get out so we dug him out and cleaned him up and I surprised my parents when I got home.
He's a little over 1 year now and he's as cute as ever.
