My Miniature Australian Shepherd Barks at People and Dogs on Walks

Here is a pic of Nova!

I have a 6-month-old Miniature Australian Shepherd and her name is Nova. She's super cute, smart, energetic, loving, and fun, but we have one issue of her barking on walks.

We have tried treats and now taught her how to speak on command so we can teach her quiet, slowly coming along.

Was wondering if anyone has any tips that specifically helped them. Just want her to bark once and not constantly at something.
