Need Reasonably Priced Quality Dog Food Suggestions

I have a six-month-old Australian Shepherd (which is our first Aussie), named Auggie. He is currently eating Fromm puppy gold. We love the food and his coat, however, smells like a trout. The only possible reason we can figure is his food.

So we are looking for a change. Does anyone have any suggestions? We want quality, however, we have to stay reasonably priced.
