NSDR Registration Question

I have a female aussie I bought a few months ago. She came with what looks like an application for NSDR. It includes the transfer of ownership on the back. My question is, how do I go about registering her? Get a new application so I can put my name on it?

Also, can NSDR dogs be registered with AKC?

How long does it take to get registration papers back? It has been two months and we have not received our papers back. When you call the number listed it goes to a voice mail that if full and will not take any messages. Please let us know.

I have the same issue. It’s been over two months since I mailed in the papers. I get the same VM with mailbox and have left several messages on the other number provided on the NSDR website.
