Overwhelmed At Dog Bar

I have 2 Aussies. The young, a female, seemed very nervous roaming free at the Dog Bar. She was foaming at the mouth while the older one enjoyed himself. She is very friendly but I believed she was overwhelmed. Should I continue to take her with the hope she'll do better or leave her at home? She is never separated from her brother.
