Suddenly Peeing In Crate

My boyfriend and I recently got an Aussie before he left for Afghanistan so we had crate trained her while I go to work. She is a little over 5 months old now and at first she was wonderful in her crate! Hardly any accidents. Now it's like almost everytime I turn around and put her in there to vacuum the floor or leave for an hour she's going potty in her crate! It literally just happened, I put her in to get my two year old dressed because they play so much its nearly impossible when she's out and I go to let her out and she had peed all over herself! I'm starting to think shes doing it on purpose because she knows I will let her out to clean it. Somebody please help!!! We love our dog and all these accidents are starting to take their toll on me!
