Today, our boy Cooper, who just turned 7 months did something that made realize just how smart and good he is (inspite of all the things he does, that are not so good). I was sitting in my lanai, and the dogs were out there with me, and I thought I heard something. I thought it sounded like one of them was heaving, about to throw up, and sure enough, my Super-Cooper comes to me, jumps up, puts his paws on me, and has me follow him to a corner where my little Chi, is throwing up. "Good boy" I said, and petted him, then ran to clean it up. Why is this so significant? Because sadly, recently, I was thinking of giving up my Super-Cooper because he and the Chi don't get along, and it seems the Chi is getting worse in his frustrations, and aggression towards Cooper. Why? because Cooper is only 7 months, and bigger, and the Chi, is 2 and half years old, and smaller, so...Cooper, tends to bully him a bit, by pushing him, and forcing him to play, and taking his space, his toys etc.. But today, I pray marks a new beginning for the two of them, that they can finally respect each other's space, and be buddies. I really hope so. I love both of them so much, and my Super-Cooper is my comfort (when I lost my Luke to epilepsy on Sept 11, 2010).
