What Are the Pros and Cons of Owning a Third Aussie

We currently own two Miniature Australian Shepherds, Quila and Cardi. Quila is almost two and Cardi about a year and a bit. Best dogs ever.

We have a good home with a nice fenced yard. Frisbee, frisbee, frisbee, that's all we do lol. Both the girls are spayed.

We are considering getting another Aussie. My question would be the up and downside of getting a male or another female.
