What Is The Best Pet Insurance To Get?

I need to get pet insurance for my puppy. I didn't have any last year and spent a fortune trying to get her better—which didn't happen; she passed away. This time I am not going to go through all of that without insurance. There are so many and I don't think they cover any spaying. If anyone knows of a good one let me know and I will check them out.
