What Is The Best, Quietiest Clippers To Use On An Australian Shepherd?

What is the best, quietest clippers to use on a Aussie dog who can't sit still and does a proper job of clipping thick hair?

Tessie is a *wiggler* when it comes to sitting still for a grooming except when the clippers are going up her back, that she truly loves but touch her *hinders* and she sits down automatically quicker than grease lighting!

Are their any grooming techniques out there one can look up and follow. Tessie hates *noise* so the clippers should be quiet, not pull hair or be heavy to use, are their any out on the market to purchase?
