What Size Collar For My Puppy?

Hi! I am getting a little red merle puppy the end of May. He was born 2 days ago! I've begun buying things for my puppy, but do I need to get 2 collars for him? Do I need to get a tiny collar, then get him a medium sized one for when he's older?

He shouldn't be coming home with you until 6 to 8 weeks so wait and measure his neck then. Get something that you know won't be permanent but still of good quality and then when he is near full size, you can do another measure and get the final size.
