When Do Nipples Begin To Show On Female Mini Aussies?

We have a wonderful blue merle Mini female. She is now 9 months and just went into heat. We could only ever see 2 defined nipples, now 1 more is starting to show. Is that when they get nipples?

Aussie with only 2 nipples

I have a 12-week-old red merle female Aussie. She only has 2 nipples. Is that all she will have or will she developed more nipples as she reaches adulthood? This question was asked by someone else but I didn’t see a reply.
