Worried About the Appearance of the Nipples of a Retired Australian Shepherd Dam

Hi! I recently adopted a 5-year-old Australian Shepherd and I've been worried about the appearance of her nipples. Some are pretty distended and others flat and discolored, and I'm unsure as to whether that's typical after multiple pregnancies, which she has had as she used to be a dam. Do any of you guys have any insight on this?
